As a first time defendant, Andrew was the perfect attorney to help with my case. He walked me though every step of the way and talked in language I could understand, with no jargon. He was available pretty much anytime I had concerns and always followed up to questions and put me at ease during the whole process. I would highly recommend Andrew.

Andrew from day one was a very honest but positive lawyer. He was always accessible to me and always replied within minutes. I know Andrew is untouchable from other lawyers because his level of empathy is outstanding and he makes you feel as if you were a friend or family member. It was his job to be my voice during my trial (which charges were dropped tremendously from a felony to a misdemeanor gun charge) but it wasn’t his job to be emotionally supportive when I would stress out but he did it proudly and I felt very much cared for. He is very organized and is very in tune with clients as he has many. Early on, I expressed that I don’t feel comfortable with him bringing another colleague to fill in for him if my court conflict with another client (which most lawyers do) so he made it a priority to always be present on all court dates and changed dates with the judge if needed. Andrew was always sharp, ready, confident and very firm with the prosecutor and judge every time. He is very straight to the point and focused as he utilizes evidence to rationalize the situation. He was very understanding with my finances and allowed me to pay in portions until the full payment was made which I know most lawyers expect to be paid the whole amount all at once. I’m very fortunate to have met a kind human being like himself because I feel like it is rare to find a lawyer that genuinely cares and is passionate about fighting for you (you will see that in court)- most lawyers seem too busy and might not respond for a couple days or even weeks, thank god that wasn’t the case with Andrew. I will definitely hire him to be my lawyer again if any conflict arises in the future and I will definitely hire him again for my expungement. I highly recommend Andrew to anyone- he is very knowledgeable and experienced you will recognize it as he has many good relationships with majority of the prosecutors and judges. If I could rate him 6 stars I would. Andrew is a true definition of a passionate lawyer that will go through great lengths with you side by side. My whole experience has been amazing. Mr. Andrew is not only a great lawyer, but also a person who shows empathy towards his client. He understands the mental state of the interlocutor, puts himself in his place, comparing his own experiences and those of others. He assumes tolerance towards the client and his actions. Mr Andrew feel the emotional state of the client, perfectly feel the entire spectrum of other people's sensations. Can determine emotions without being present (during a phone call). Andrew is already one of the highest rated attorneys; however, after witnessing him in action I'm compelled to pile on. Andrew explained every detail of a case to me, what outcomes could occur, and he resulted in achieving the absolutely best option. I had no doubt who to retain after the first telephone conversation with Andrew. He is thorough, sharp, and someone I would recommend to a family member or friend. I do a lot of research before I do anything of this importance (i.e. surgeons, lawyers, etc.). I performed my due diligence, decided to call Andrew first, and I never had the need to call anyone else. He is not only highly recommended but after one conversation it is clear to see the reason. As previously stated, he not only achieved the best outcome, but he is also an all around great guy (an added bonus).

I have met many many attorneys in my life time and NO ONE comes close to Mr Andrew Weisberg. From the second I clicked on his website I KNEW I had the best of the best!! I first started with live chat on a Saturday night the next morning which is a SUNDAY Andrew himself calls me. We talked about my case and I explained everyting to him probably almost an hour conversation and from that point on I was in contact with Andrew not a secretary not a partner BUT ANDREW HIMSELF. There was never ever a question of will he call me back? will I be alone at court? I spoke with Andrew many many times prior to my court date. ANYTIME I had any question big or small Andrew would call me back within 5-10 minutes not hours minutes. I knew in my heart that this man was going to be the exact attorney that I had needed. I was very very nervous about court so Andrew was at the courthouse where my court appearance was to be held had me come to the courthouse and meet with him the day prior just to make sure I was ok and was ready and that ALL OF MY concerns were covered. He was at court with another client but took the time for both of us never ever leaving my side only to go into court for the other client. I knew again in my heart this man is the best of the best. The night before court Andrew called me and made sure I was ok and if I had any questions and wanted me to be at EASE and let him do the worrying not me!!! He also called me the morning of court on my way there to make sure I was ok and listening to my music very loud like I like to and I was not at all scared. The time came for court and Andrew controlled the courtroom like a BOSS. He made plea with the prosecuting attorney prior to me going before the judge then it was my turn. Andrew stood next to me as a father would to a child and I felt so protected and so safe that I KNEW everything was going to be ok. He gave a great representation of me and told the judge what a great person I was so on and again he was in CONTROL of the whole courtroom. I took the deal and we were done!!! From the bottom of my heart I feel that Andrew is the most intelligent, kind, understanding, patient every word possible in the dictionary that would describe one of the greatest men I have ever met in my life. I felt like I was standing next to my Father during court he had such control and spoke so respectfully and with just the right words to the judge. I have spoken to Andrew a couple times since my case and he ALWAYS takes the time to talk to me or text me whatever the case may be. If you need an attorney that will represent you TO THE FULLEST EXTENT Andrew Weisberg is your man. Not only is he an educated and very very professional attorney he is one hell of a man.
