After impulsively hiring a terrible attorney to represent me in a $75,000 embezzlement case filed against me from my prior employer, I called Andrew to get a second opinion. Andrew was kind enough to speak with me several times and give me great legal advice, none of which I received from my current attorney whom I paid a handsome retainer fee. Andrew was patient, nonjudgmental and incredibly knowledgable about white collar/financial crimes. Andrew wasn’t able to represent me due to a conflict of interest, but he referred me to two other great criminal attorneys who had very similar legal advice and work ethic. I was amazed how much personalized attention Andrew gave me, even though he knew he wouldn’t get any money from me as a hired client. And his legal advice was spot on. I ended up hiring the attorneys he referred to me to take over my case. They were able to negotiate a much smaller settlement with my prior employer and contact law enforcement to proactively stop any criminal embezzlement charges from even being filed. I am now able to move on with my life without a felony conviction and jail time. Would highly recommend Andrew to anyone seeking a criminal attorney.

I am a female of 22 years old who made a mistake and wanted to make things right, so I was incredibly lucky to get Andrew Weisberg to represent me. He has a lot of experience in the field of law. Being a state prosecutor for some time and now a lawyer ,he has a plethora of knowledge in the representation of both the sides of the courtroom.
I had a theft case on my hands where I pleaded guilty to over $7,000.00 stolen in increments from the place I worked at. I was faced with a felony and needed representation immediately. I luckily came across Andrew Weisberg through a very knowledgeable and trusted lawyer friend who referred me to Andrew because of his expertise in cases such as mine.
To make a long story short, he successfully got my felony dropped down to a misdemeanor with probation as opposed to 2-3 years worth of jail time. Need I mention that he did this incredible feat within the tight-wad confines of the skokie courthouse with the strictest, most non-sympathetic judge imaginable.
On top of everything else, he is an incredibly nice person who will not judge but listen carefully and come up with the best game plan to reach a positive outcome. So i found myself on the wrong side of the fence with uncle Sam, if you know what i mean. If you are ever in this type of situations . Andrew M. Weisberg Is the man you should see. All the anxiety that came with my situation was eased as soon as i talked with Andrew over the phone. I knew i was in the good hands because of his professional approach to my sensitive situation. I think of Andrew as a Good Person and a Friend after the good job he did with my case. I was facing 5 years in state Prison and a record for the rest of my life, but when all was said and done. I walked away with community service and the ability to expunge my wrap sheet as soon as my case was dismissed. Normally there is a probation period after the dismissal of a case before you can do so. Andrew basically did his job when he took up my case and a clean Slate to start a fresh is what i got in return. A second chance a brand new start to live my life as a law abiding citizen. My proceedings were not as brutal as i thought they would be, maybe cause Andrew eased my tensions or he was just good at what he does. I do not want to raise your hopes or give you too high an expectation from his work but if you want legal representation reach out to this lawyer before you go elsewhere. I would reach out to him if i ever need any help again or legal assistance/advice of any sort. Like i said Simply Amazing.

Mr. Weisberg represented my son in a marijuana possession case. I found him on the internet on a Sunday and called his number. He personally answered the phone and came out to our house in a rainstorm the following day. He did a wonderful job for us, got a great deal for my son, and was always available to take calls and questions from us. He does not charge for phone calls. His fees were reasonable and he was wonderful in court. I highly recommend him.
